How do you get 25 agencies that have never met to start talking, and teach them Web3 while you’re at it?
In late 2021, Plus Company was formed: 25 agencies across five continents, now under one roof, that had never worked together. They needed a real reason to talk. At the same time, every client brief was suddenly asking about NFTs, and almost nobody in the agencies knew how they actually worked.
So we solved both with one project.
The idea
PlusConnect gave each of the 25 agencies its own dynamic NFT that started life as a simple geometric shape.
Every time an employee booked a chat with someone from a sister agency, their token evolved. It got more complex and unlocked real perks like gift cards, extra time off and team meetups. After three months the artwork was minted on the blockchain for good, a permanent record of how the network came together.
What I did
Developed the core idea with strategy and pitched it to Plus Company leadership.
Designed the mechanics with our head of innovation, and worked closely with the developers who built the platform.
Led the creative day to day, and the rollout to agencies across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
